Making delivery & returns simple

Delivery

All stock item orders placed before 16.30 will be delivered the next working day. You will receive a Dispatch Notification email with a delivery reference number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Orders with multiple items, where you have chosen to receive separate shipments, will be notified by separate emails as each item is dispatched.

Returns

We aim to make choosing the right products simple, but if you need to return any items it's free and straightforward. In the first instance, contact our customer care team via email, quoting your order or invoice number, to request a return shipping label. Once we’ve received your item/s, we will issue your refund or credit note. It can take up to five business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. 

Need a replacement product?

If your item is faulty or incorrect, and you would like a replacement, please e-mail or call us on 0800 689 0664 and we’ll help you get a replacement item sent out to you.
