Delivery & Returns

We aim to make delivery and returns straightforward, so you always know what to expect when ordering from Technical Reality.

Delivery

Most orders are despatched quickly and delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on stock location and product availability.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the delivery.

For orders containing multiple items, deliveries may arrive separately. If this happens, you will receive individual despatch notifications for each shipment.

Returns

Returning items is straightforward.

If you need to return a product, please contact our customer care team in the first instance quoting your order or invoice number. We will then arrange the appropriate return process and provide return instructions.

Once returned items have been received and checked, we will process your refund or credit note. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method and may take up to five working days to appear.

Need a replacement product?

If an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
