How can I get in touch?

What are your business hours?

We are available Monday to Friday from 08.30 - 17.30. 

Our Customer Care Team are closed on all UK Public Holidays and orders placed during the closed period will be processed the next working day.

Please Note: 

For warranty-related call outs, use the contact details on your agreement to ensure you get the support you need without delay. 

How do I set up an account?

Setting up an account couldn’t be easier. Simply complete the new customer registration form to create a Technical Reality customer account. You can order and pay via credit card and Paypal straight away.

Once you are registered, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will support you with any queries you may have and assist with a credit account application*.

*All applications are subject to our standard terms and conditions and in addition, all credit account applications are subject to credit approval. A downloadable version of our T&Cs is available here. 

How do I track my order?

Once you have received confirmation of your order and it is ready for despatch, you will be notified of a tracking number from one of our dedicated shipping partners. If you have any order queries, please e-mail our customer care team or call us on 0800 689 0664 with your order number, then leave the rest to us.

When will I receive my delivery?

Most orders are despatched quickly and delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on stock location and product availability.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a despatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the delivery.

For orders containing multiple items, deliveries may arrive separately. If this happens, you will receive individual despatch notifications for each shipment.
